VLPlay's first two games are open: where to play, how to top up, who to ask
Kiếm Khách Truyền Kỳ and Thương Lam Cảnh Giới are both live. The questions players asked most in week one: how to get in, the official top-up portal, and where to get help.
In a single week VLPlay took its first two titles live: Kiếm Khách Truyền Kỳ opened its Open Beta on 15 September 2026 and Thương Lam Cảnh Giới on 17 September 2026. This is a round-up of what players asked most in the first week.
Where to play
Each game has its own site: kiemkhach.vlplay.vn and thuonglam.vlplay.vn. Those are the only places VLPlay puts official download links. Kiếm Khách Truyền Kỳ plays straight in the browser; Thương Lam Cảnh Giới is a download.
One account for every game
Your VLPlay account works across our games. Sign-in, account management and top-ups all go through pay.vlplay.vn — the one official top-up portal. Do not top up through any third-party site.
Pre-registration rewards
If you pre-registered, the rewards land in the in-game mailbox on your first login with that same account. If you cannot see them, check which account you are signed in with before filing a support request.
When something breaks
The game's fanpage, group and Zalo OA are the fastest places to ask. Account, payment or account-deletion issues go to vlplay.vn/en/support.
What's next
Both games have update and event schedules beyond launch. Announcements go on each game's site and here in News.
